توضّح هذه السياسة كيف يجمع تطبيق «علّمني إسلامي» (Almni Islami) والموقع الإلكتروني allimniislami.com بياناتك ويستخدمانها ويحميانها. الجهة المسؤولة عن بياناتك هي مؤسسة علّمني إسلامي للتقنيات الرقمية، الشحر، حضرموت، الجمهورية اليمنية («نحن»).
1. البيانات التي نجمعها
بيانات الحساب: الاسم والبريد الإلكتروني، وكلمة المرور التي تختارها عند إنشاء الحساب. ويمكنك استخدام التطبيق كزائر دون إنشاء حساب.
بيانات التعلّم والاستخدام: المستويات والإجابات والنقاط ونسبة الدقة وسجلّ المسابقات وترتيبك في لوحة الصدارة.
بيانات المسابقات الجماعية: اسم المجموعة وإعداداتها، وأسماء المشاركين كما تظهر داخل المسابقة.
لا نطلب بيانات الدفع، ولا نجمع موقعك الجغرافي ولا جهات اتصالك.
2. كيف نستخدم البيانات
تشغيل التطبيق: إنشاء حسابك وحفظ تقدّمك وإدارة المسابقات ولوحة الصدارة.
تخصيص التجربة: عرض مستواك الحالي وإحصاءاتك.
إدارة الحساب والتواصل معك بشأنه، مثل استعادة كلمة المرور والإشعارات المهمة.
حماية الخدمة من إساءة الاستخدام وتحسين أدائها.
3. مشاركة البيانات
لا نبيع بياناتك ولا نشاركها مع أي جهة لأغراض إعلانية. قد نستعين بمزوّدي خدمات تقنية، مثل الاستضافة وإرسال البريد، لمعالجة البيانات نيابةً عنا فقط ووفق تعليماتنا. وقد نفصح عن بيانات إذا ألزمنا القانون بذلك. ويظهر اسمك ونقاطك للمشاركين الآخرين داخل المسابقات ولوحة الصدارة.
4. حماية البيانات
تُنقل البيانات بين التطبيق وخوادمنا عبر اتصال مشفّر، ونتخذ إجراءات معقولة لحمايتها من الوصول غير المصرّح به.
5. الاحتفاظ بالبيانات وحذفها
نحتفظ ببياناتك ما دام حسابك قائمًا. ويمكنك طلب حذف حسابك وبياناتك في أي وقت عبر صفحة حذف الحساب، وننفّذ الطلب خلال 30 يومًا.
6. الأطفال
المحتوى مناسب لجميع الأعمار. وإذا كان المستخدم دون 13 عامًا فينبغي أن يُنشئ الحساب ويستخدمه بإشراف أحد الوالدين أو الولي. وإذا علمت أن طفلًا قدّم لنا بيانات دون موافقتك فتواصل معنا لنحذفها.
7. حقوقك
يحق لك الاطلاع على بياناتك وتصحيحها وطلب حذفها، والاعتراض على معالجتها، وذلك بمراسلتنا على البريد أدناه.
8. التعديلات
قد نحدّث هذه السياسة من وقت لآخر، وسننشر النسخة المحدّثة على هذه الصفحة مع تاريخ التحديث.
This policy explains how the Almni Islami app (علّمني إسلامي) and the website allimniislami.com collect, use and protect your data. The controller of your data is Allimni Islami for Digital Technologies, Ash-Shihr, Hadramawt, Republic of Yemen ("we").
1. Data we collect
Account data: your name, email address and the password you choose when you create an account. You can also use the app as a guest without an account.
Learning and usage data: levels, answers, points, accuracy, competition history and your leaderboard rank.
Group competition data: group name and settings, and participants' names as shown in the competition.
Device identifiers: technical IDs used to run your account, send notifications and protect the service.
We do not ask for payment details, and we do not collect your location or contacts.
2. How we use data
To run the app: create your account, save your progress, and manage competitions and the leaderboard.
To personalise your experience: show your current level and statistics.
To manage your account and contact you about it, such as password recovery and important notices.
To protect the service from abuse and improve its performance.
3. Sharing
We do not sell your data or share it with anyone for advertising. We may use technical service providers, such as hosting and email delivery, who process data only on our behalf and on our instructions. We may disclose data where the law requires it. Your name and points are visible to other participants in competitions and on the leaderboard.
4. Security
Data travels between the app and our servers over an encrypted connection, and we take reasonable measures to protect it from unauthorised access.
5. Retention and deletion
We keep your data for as long as your account exists. You can ask us to delete your account and data at any time on the Delete account page. We complete requests within 30 days.
6. Children
The content is suitable for all ages. Users under 13 should create and use an account under the supervision of a parent or guardian. If you learn that a child gave us data without your consent, contact us and we will delete it.
7. Your rights
You may access, correct or request deletion of your data, and object to its processing, by emailing us at the address below.
8. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with its date.
